Day Pass (Fri/Sat)

Can’t attend the whole weekend? Join us for Friday or Saturday festivities with a single day pass to Heartland Hangout 2026! We have a limited number of Day Passes available.

Day pass includes:

  • Admission for 1 person for the day/days selected from 8:30am to 9pm.

  • Morning and afternoon workshops

  • Lunch and dinner

  • Evening concert performance

  • Access to purchase raffle tickets is only available for the Saturday Day Pass holder because winner must be present.

Things to remember:

  • Please arrive at 8:30 am for registration and to be ready for the first workshop at 9am.

  • One intention of Heartland Hangout is to gift time and space for personal growth and hang time. While children are the seeds of our future, and we cherish them, we also encourage Heartlanders to take to enjoy everything this event has to offer. Children (18 years or younger) are welcome to join daytime activities with adult supervision (separate adult and child tickets are required).

  • Lovingly shared, children 18 years or younger are welcome to stay through the end of the concert at 9pm. Children cannot participate in activities at the castle after 9pm.

All ticket sales end on September 2nd.
