HANDPAN GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is organized by Heartland Hangout and Isthmus Instruments (collectively, the “Sponsors”).

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on May 1, 2026 and ends on June 3, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
Participants may earn entries through the following actions:

• Sign up for the Heartland Hangout email list → 1 entry

• Sign up for the Isthmus Instruments email list → 1 entry

• Share the designated Instagram post and tag the Sponsors in a story → 1 entry

• Share the designated Facebook post and tag three friends → 1 entry

• Purchase a ticket to Heartland Hangout → 10 entries

Maximum entries per person: 14

No purchase is necessary to enter or win, except where explicitly tied to optional entry actions.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the Sponsors’ discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Drawing
The drawing will take place on June 6, 2026 between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM Central Time during a live stream hosted on Instagram and YouTube.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification & Acceptance
The selected winner will be notified via:

• Email, and

• Social media direct message

The winner must respond and accept the prize within 24 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.

8. Shipping & Fees
Shipping costs for prizes will be covered by the Sponsors.
The winner is responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes, or additional delivery-related fees.

9. Publicity & Marketing Consent
By entering, participants agree that Sponsors may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Participants also agree that their contact information may be shared between Heartland Hangout and Isthmus Instruments and used for promotional and marketing purposes. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsors are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

• Technical failures or platform issues

• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use

11. Disqualification & Ineligibility
Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions

• Attempts to manipulate or undermine the entry process

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

• Organizers of Heartland Hangout

• Employees of Isthmus Instruments

• Immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) of the above

• Individuals living in the same household as any of the above

• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube

12. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube. By participating, entrants agree to release these platforms from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

13. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsors at the address below no later than July 15, 2026.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.
